Staff is great. Extremely knowledgeable about bearded dragons. They took the time to answer questions I had and everyone was so friendly. Even the cashier was knowledgeable and offered suggestions.

They have the most wonderful staff, kind and very helpful. I took my bird to see Santa, they had never had a bird come to see Santa before and my bird believes in Santa and it was a dream come true to him and it made his Christmas. He took the time to listen to him quietly peep and coo as if he was telling him what he wanted for Christmas. My birds is usually scared of the color red, hats, gloves and beards, but not this time, all the staff even helped me take extra photos and videos of my bird giving Santa's gloves kisses and making content noises it even looks like he's smiling in the picture they had taken. It was the most memorable and wonderful experience at PetSmart I have ever experienced in all the years I've been going there. And plan to do this every year for my birds. Also the products they have right now are so outstanding and wonderful, so if you are out in Ross township definitely stop by. And everyone going to visit Santa with their pets will have a wonderful experience!

I love that this location has so much to offer. They have Banfield Pet Hospital inside as well as a grooming facility. The staff is always friendly, kind, and quick to assist their guests. Their are discounts and sales on items that are worthwhile while which I can appreciate since I like a good deal. It's is also conveniently located next to a Marshalls which is also dog friendly!

Very clean store and very friendly! I never have used PetSmart for orders or supplies and always used chewy. I was in a pinch and needed a certain brand food for my sick dog. I went online ordered the prescription diet food, called the online support to get it approved quicker with my vet and then called the store to see if they can get it ready for pick up. Everything went smooth and my boy had his food that day! Very happy with how they work and make things happen. Great store and great employees!

I just did a google search and chewy's return policy did update this year (2021). Petsmart does own Chewy but the site says you must return chewy to chewy. If you had the packaging, receipt, labels, etc and nothing was used or broken, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to return the item. Maybe it has something to do with COVID or it's just bad communication between associates/managers. You could try to call other stores to verify or call corporate and get their input on it. Hope this somewhat helps!
Yes they do... If you Google PetSmart N. Hills you can see what brands they offer.. Hope this helps
You will get a quicker response by calling the store as I doubt the store monitors the Google Maps app
