The Residences at the Street are wonderful! Shannon, the property manager, immediately made us feel at home and made the process easy and efficient! The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and have easy access to so many places right outside and nearby in Washington! As a bonus, there is a beautiful gym and recreation room that can be rented for small gatherings!! I would recommend to anyone - it suits people of all ages whether just starting out, looking for low maintenance living, or in transition between homes!! I had the pleasure of calling The Residences home for about 4 years. Management was very responsive and professional. While I didn’t always get to attend the “resident appreciation” events due to my work schedule, the events were well planned out and showed they wanted the building to feel like a community. The property was always kept clean. Building is secure and utilities were included . I would highly recommend you check it out.

I have lived here for about a year and love it. I have never had to call maintenance for anything, because everything is new. The common areas are kept very clean. I like that management will email information rather than getting a ton of paper. Management is very responsive to emails and requests. It is in a perfect location with lots of restaurants, bars, etc within walking distance or a very short drive.

We've been in residence for nearly a month and EVERYTHING has been handled beautifully. The leasing process was handled quickly, efficiently, and with great care. Management is super responsive and stays in excellent communication with us. Our Apartment was Move-in ready when they said it would be. The facility is always in tip-top shape (very clean & well maintained). The Maintenance Man is an absolute Gem (We haven't had a maintenance issue, but he's such a friendly fellow that I had to mention him). This is a really nice place to live. Highly recommend.
