I got my winter tires put on & it took them TWO TIMES to balance my tires correctly. I also had just put on new brakes & rotors. After I got my car back, my rotors became warped. Took my car to 2 mechanics & they said this was caused by firestone incorrectly torquing my lug nuts. Firestone did put new brakes and rotors on for me, but I did not get an apology. VERY unprofessional. Do NOT take your car here!!!!!

I've been coming here for some years but not anymore. I don't mind paying a grand for some brakes and a state insp. When they tell me road salt has worn out my 3 1/2 month old 50 dollar pair of wipers and replace them with half size wipers for my full size windshield, I'm out. Nickel and dime the customer.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. A couple of hours later I received a call and the mechanic stated that there were three things, first that I had an out fog light and they could replace the bulb. My truck is less than a year old so I found this hard to believe and declined the repair in order to take it to the dealer. When I declined the repair and asked for the other two things, he seemed annoyed and provided a snarky response of, “Well, they’re inspection and emissions, but I’m not going to pass it with that fog light out so that doesn’t really matter.” I picked up my vehicle and drove less than five miles home, checked the fog lights and neither were out. I’ve checked every day since and neither are out. Seems awfully coincidental unless… yeah, so they’ve effectively lost my trust. I would not recommend giving them yours either. My favorite part was the quote attached to my receipt for the “three things” plus a fourth of wiper blades.
