Very disappointed in a recent stay at the hotel. The indoor pool room was not well lit, only had one jet working, and one light actually working in the pool. The pool was covered with a film of cloudy substance and appeared as if it had not been touched in months. The water was actually overran out of the pool and into the carpeted area. No hot tub but you can tell by the hole in the wall and mess on the floor that there was one recently. The building is obviously is the middle of a remodel but it is scattered throughout random areas and a mess all over. Went to check out the restaurant while they were open in which there was no employee to be found to even ask for a menu. The employees that were encountered elsewhere were unprofessional to say the least. No fridge or microwave in the room.

Want Ice? Definitely no working ice machines close to our room. The ones are the end of the Halls aren’t working Nasty layer of film on top of the pool, half the floor rotted, holes in the walls on the first floor. Services sucks. NOT WORTH THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR SURE!!!! This shouldn’t be open. We’re staying on the 3rd floor, I’ve already filed a complaint. I usually never do something like that but that just goes to show how bad it really is.

Nice 2 bed 21/2 bath condo, full kitchen but limited cooking utensils adequate for simple meals,good bedding and linens along with laundry room in unit. Clean unit and furnishings. We had great view of valley to the mountains and on golf course!!

Absolutely disgusting. The pool has a layer of dirt around the bottom, and ants around the entire edge of the pool. When I opened my shower curtain there was a used washcloth on the rail so obviously it hadn't been cleaned. My bed was broken. There is only one outlet in the room. The only channels on the TV are news. Hard to call yourself a golf resort with 0 access to sports channels. The entire atmosphere from start to finish of this hotel is total is disgusting, dirty, and outdated. Avoid at all cost
