JNB on 11th & Grangeville. I try here since, of the two, it’s closer to my home. Really wanted to give them a 1/2 ⭐️! I usually don’t get food here because it’s pricey and my food is always 🥶 cold. Thought I’d try tonight l. High hopes!! Disappointed 😔. Consistency is not a good thing when, cold food is the constant.

Fries was cold burgers was messy and buns were hard not looking fresh. Very disappointed Jack n the box is my favorite place to eat.

Waited for 28 minutes and finally got our food and it was cold and they forgot the chicken for the salad... this location used to be so reliable and amazing! Please go in and rehire everyone 🙏

Decent food, always loved Jack in the box for a late night snack. Monster tacos seemed alittle tough, maybe re-heated? Same with the jalapeño poppers. Seasoned curly fries where great!! I will try again.. I'm not giving.. no yet...
