Everyone that works there are friendly and talk to you, not at you. The pharmacy manager knows regular customers well enough, that the conversation is like catching up with a friend you haven't spoken with in awhile. As many customers as they have, he remembers details from your previous visit and asks "how is...etc." And genuinely seems to care, shows concern because he asks follow up questions. And offers words of comfort, encouragement hope and prayers.
