Horrible experience. I had to wait 10 minutes to get my pre ordered food while someone was on the phone. Then they Made me pay .05$ for each packet of pepper flakes to go with the pizza I ordered. Went to get a quarter and a few seconds later I came back having to wait another 10 minutes while they rang up a large groups order. I feel that I shouldn't of had to pay for the pepper flakes nor should I have waited so long. Couldn't she have rang it up later and handed me the packets??!

I love domino's, they have definitely stepped up there game but I also enjoy their wings and I understand covid has taken a toll on the products we receive but wings definitely aren't cheap so with that being said find a new distributor unfortunately your wings get smaller and smaller 🥲

Order 2 pizzas yday. The Philly Cheese steak one was awful. Sauce was missing on 35 percent of pizza.

Always been good before, but tonight I made an online order. Order info indicated it would be ready in 40 minutes. I arrived at the store at 40 minute time and was told it was still out 35 minutes. The guy said it was taking them 2 hours to get pickup orders ready and 2 and a half for delivery. I remember when if you didn’t get it in 30 minutes it was free. If it was being prepped right after I ordered it, as website indicated, how could it not be ready 40 minutes later?
