The room was clean and the breakfast was ok. The biggest problem was the night guy opened our door for another couple that we didn't know! It was between midnight and 1:00 am and it was a very embarrassing experience.

Staff busy and the breakfast was by far the ...no really, for what and where it can't be beat. I met a really cool old man, and crazy beautiful girl during this breakfast adventure. Two very best experience for stay over ever. ( Construction work has put me in some motels) if your near there stay there. You feel at home.

In March I reserved the meeting room in Mt. Orab, OH for Sat June 25, 2022. Today I went to check on the room to find it almost filled with cardboard boxes and a crate. I talked to Mr. Patel, the manager and asked for them to be removed. He stated they could not be. Then he called and told me I could use the break room and pool patio. That is unacceptable since I will have 45 guests. They are coming from California, Nevada, and Montana as well as Northern Ohio. They were going to make reservations at the hotel. The last conversation I had with Mr. Patel was that he would try to remove the boxes but the crate had to remain. Also I stated I would come on the 14th to check the room. He stated I have to call him and let him know when I will be there so he does not remove it for nothing. I at that point Canceled. Now I am going to have to cancel the memorial and people are going to lose money

Stayed at the hotel for a fun night away. I had forgotten my necklace (not cheap either) I called the same day, front desk said to call back tomorrow so I did. They told me they tossed my necklace in the trash APPARENTLY. yeah okay!
