If I could give Arthur's zero stars, I would. My daughter and I both ordered medium - some pink - burgers and fries. Hers was delivered with no pink and mine was dripping blood into the bun. The fries looked and tasted like they had been cooked in grease that was a week old. To top it off, our waiter explained that my burger was indeed prepared medium, I ordered incorrectly, and it describes it just fine on the menu. I failed to see where it said medium is subjective, different for each person, and includes a sopping red bun. So much for the customer always being right. Will NOT be returning. EVER!

Great menu. Specialty burgers, soups fish. Drink specials. Local breweries on tap. Excellent service. Personable staff.

Arthur’s your food is decent but my wife can make better chili than you and that will never change. Again you can try but it’s just not going to change. Also the quality of your burger meat is amazing. But the amount of flavor it lacked was a slap in the face to the meat pure disrespect also the horse radish sauce tasted like nothing and the peppers and onions on it have to be frozen they tasted like water. But to my relief At least I was able to taste something. I’ll go to Kroger right now if you’ll let me and show you how to make a hamburger but I want the chefs position let’s allow Arthur’s true potential shine it has so much to offer opposed to the dive bar it’s turning into. I’ll go to Kroger right now I bet you can’t beat my meat. You can try but no one has ever beat my meat.
