Staff was nice, and the restaurant was clean. However this franchise has gone downhill. As a fat guy and lover of seafood, I ordered two entrees. (Yes, call me insane for ordering seafood at a wings place). Fish and chips and the shrimp. The fish and chips was just one fish piece and limp fries. I understand inflation, but this dish was over 10$, for one fish piece. The shrimp was a huge disappointment. It was literally a handful of shrimp, cooked plain with old bay seasoning sprinkled on before it's walked over to you. The side of broccoli I ordered was this large tree of broccoli that wasn't cut for serving, and was mushy. This restaurant is rated highly because Kentuckians think a mayo sandwich is gormet, but honestly for what we paid for; we could make tsame thing at home for 10% the price, with minimal effort.

6-17-22 : around 6:30 PM , 4 of us went for dinner . Got seated ordered drinks appetizers and it came in a timely fashion Then order dinner and after waiting about 25 minutes more was then was told that the shrimp that was ordered was not available and wanted to know if we wanted to order something else , so I ordered a chicken sandwich and onion rings , waited another 20 minutes or so and finally food came out everyone got their food I got my onion rings but no chicken sandwich , had to wait about another 15 minutes or so to get the chicken sandwich . Horrible service cannot recommend this place to anybody Restaurant was not busy at all maybe 25% of the tables had people sitting there

Food was good. Service adequate. Food came out quickly, hardly any wait at all. Had both bone in and boneless wings with a basket of rings. All made to order. Server very friendly.

4 time I’ve been to this location and the service is terrible. Got seated right away then went down hill from there. I seen my server 1 time the entire time I was there no drink refills and also got the wrong meal. The young guy up front that was seating people noticed what was going on after us not receiving drinks for 20 min and tried his best to make the experience better while doing his job by doing her job.
