I was pierced by Anthony and I found him and the front-desk person to be incredibly professional and friendly. Very thorough and to the point with all the information i needed about aftercare. I will definitely go back and get pierced by him again.

Their jewelry and quality is great. However their staff is just rude and unfriendly. I went a few months ago to get a piercing and they were rude as I entered the door and yes I get that there were other customers first and they have really great COVID policies, but telling me to “wait outside” could have been said with a more kinder tone of voice and not so aggressive. I hope they understand that body language and the tone of how you say things is so important, but based on their responses to other negative reviews they really do gaslight you and absolutely do not care and say: “We are not at any loss to not have you as a client.” Getting my piercing was smooth and easy with no complications, the problem is that the staff are very unkind and unfriendly. I hope you all remember that people really just want a great experience and being kind and friendly is so important.

I had a great experience here, myself and two friends went in for two piercings each and they really took the time to explain placement for our nostrils and extensive aftercare. I’d definitely go here again and recommend others to as well for a piercer you can trust.

Had an amazing experience getting my lobes double pierced. John, the owner, is there on the weekends and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us (even for such an easy piercing). He also helped me with my older helix piercing. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for clean, quality work!
