Unfortunately my job booked me a room here for work and long story short it was horrible. I actually caught a ringworm from staying there, they have addicts for house keeping, I had to change rooms one room I can tell they didn’t change the sheets at all and my second room is where I caught a ringworm. I would grade this place a F Cool staff at front desk but it’s nasty to rest your head. Never again !

We booked a double king deluxe and I called and asked about the room and having a roll away bed and a service dog in that room and they said that was fine and told me about the extra charges for both of them and than I get there and I was told we could get that room with our service dog and had to change to 2 separate rooms right next to each other with queen beds and than we ended up having to get a roll away bed and all staying in one room because the AC didn't work in the second room and it smelled of mold and wet dog. Location good for being right off the freeway but they didn't do us right to have 6 people in a double queen room and didn't refund my mo ey for the second room either.

The room we had was nothing like the pics, but that was not the issue. There was no carpet as we were told because we had our tiny dog with us which we paid extra for. The floors were dirty and from the looks of it did have any maintenance for a very long time. Under the beds there was dust n empty soda bottles. Went looking for our dogs ball that rolled under and saw that. The light over the vanity had to be jiggled in order to get it to turn on so we could see the mirror and vanity. The toilet had some kind of dirt that was not cleaned for a long time. The towels were kid sized and thin but did get us, average sized couple, dried. The light in the bathroom was very dim. Each light in the room had diff light colors, some dim, some brighter. The room smelled and was musty. The tub had a mat that I dared not to turn over to see even tho I did attempt, but was not able to peel it up! If we were going to be more than the 2 nights there we would not have stayed, but we were there due to a military function. The thing I thought was the kick, was the name Super 8 by Wyndham! We were surprised for sure!

First off, get ready to pay a $50 no exception security deposit. If you book and it’s non refundable and can’t afford the deposit they will double charge you. My room was falling apart, smelled like mold and mildew, had BED BUGS or recently exterminated, front desk (excuse my language) are complete asshole’s, the lights barely worked, tv remote didn’t work. The room’s appliances were older than me (32) and there was a small trail of puke going around and up the stairs. I think you get the picture. We didn’t even stay there and checked out and they don’t want to refund my money. They are only worried about their pockets and staying afloat.
