Been using this pharmacy along time. Always very helpful, kind and very professional. If I ever had a problem getting a prescription filled, they aways worked with me, my doctor or insurance to make sure that the prescription problem was resolved. I recommend them highly-qualified.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER HAD!!!!!!! I have not had a single good experience from this pharmacy. They gave my daughter the wrong dosing. She is TWO MONTHS OLD. When I called to see what could be done about this I was cut off nearly every sentence and hung up on when I asked them to stop cutting me off so I could speak. If we had not caught this issue she would have been given FOUR TIMES THE DOSE SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO!!!!! NEVER EVER EVER DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS PHARMACY!!! NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO RECIEVE THIS MEDICINE YESTERDAY AND WERE TOLD THE INSURANCE WAS INACTIVE AND WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALMOST $1000!!!!!! You would be better off at ANY OTHER PHARMACY

I had a very nice experience here today at the Vandalia Rite Aid. The worker there, Joni, was very kind and asked if people needed help. She also shared helpful information about returns if I had any problems. It was a very nice and professional experience! I would recommend this store.
