So here is my story and my question. If I come as new patient with existing card Can you and will you be able to take over my existing recommendation. And if so will you fill out my employer required form. Stuck between programs. Company is willing to participate in medical marijuana program. I registered for my card.. Issued date 4/22/22. But they need an ADA accomadation review paper signed by recommending dr. ADA is an in house form required by corporate. I am their 1st. Recommending marijuana dr. has stated his doesn't do that. Corporate has now stated I have 10 - 14 days to return this form. Or they can no longer employee me. Can you advice me or direct me to a solution. Any Help is Truly appreciated Thank you.

I had an appointment for a renewal card. The process was simple and easy. I got my email with my link for the telemedicine conference call promptly on the morning of my appointment and the doctor was very prompt in showing up as well. I'd recommend Ohio marijuana card to anyone who needs to get their medical card.

I had my telemedicine appointment here to renew my card. I worked with Dr. Morris Pulliam and he was cool, calm, and collected. I felt very comfortable talking to him and I would recommend him if I could. I’ve been very happy with OMC and I will continue to work with them as long as I can.

Great experience overall, a bit pricey; to get started especially with the card cost too. Be aware of all costs upfront, if you are interested in getting this medication. Even though I say that I still recommend this and the staff were great! I did not wait that long and the office was clean and neat. It is a bit hard to find though, and be careful of those stairs!

No! Insurance is not allowed to cover it. There are many reasons some of which I think are 1. It has to be completely separate from any kind of mass federal money buying what at the federal level is still considered drugs. If some insurance were allowed to cover it, then many others those with Medicaid would seek and should fairly get the same so they shut down the possibility and the other one I can think of right off the top of my head is 2. Feds still put massive pressure on financial institutions having anything to do with doctors and any kind of business owners who approve, recommend, support, advocate and are in dealing with this medicine by shutting down business accounts and having federal bans deny loans and so on there for making it a really hard avenue for multi million dollar conglomerate to touch it or support it with a 10 foot pole. A simple No would have done fine but I was trying to back it up with logical information and reasoning.
I paid $300 and when the state releases the registry you will send the state $50 for the actuall card
Answered perfectly. I went to the Beavercreek location to get my evaluation and card. Walk out with it and they're there to help you through the process. Highly recommended!
Yes check with the state and see if you qualify for it.
They will get you a ride that's about it.
You're good. You're medical records qualify you. The MJ doctor will take care of your needs
You have to have a qualified condition In your medical records for thr MJ doctor to give the recommendation
All they need is records of the qualifying condition you are being recommended for.
Look on the website and look through the lists of requirements to qualify if you do then make your appointment Make sure to bring your medical records of all your medical problems. And the costs are options $280 for the whole year or $100 for the first payment then two more payments of $100 for 2 months and the last option is $75 for the first payment and $25 each month for 11 months and the actual medical card is $50 one time payment for the card. And the law is oils, vapor or edibles are mixed with cbd oil also. The flower is still illegal to smoke or sell. I hope this helps for anyone looking to know the information thanks!
