Was really excited for KFC. Ordered Big Box 3-piece 1 breast and 2 thighs. Should’ve checked my order- Got home and it was 1 beast and 2- wings. Very disappointed..

Slowest and worst service of all KFCs. Always out of items, and lobby isn’t open. Drive through is 7 cars deep even when it says “not very busy” on google. Once you’re in line you can’t leave since the drive through is a closed single lane.

Was really in the mood for a KFC combo.. chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The dining room was closed so we had to go through the drive thru. I ordered the three piece and she ordered the two piece combo. When we got home she had the full combo but I only had three pieces of chicken and no mashed your coleslaw. The food tasted good but sure missed the other sides.

Terrible. The chicken and fries were stale. One of the worst experiences I've ever had eating fried chicken. The service was also poor.

I have never experienced broken bones. I hope broken bones occurred in the butchering, cooking or breading process. I'm guessing automated machines do some of the work to reduce cost.
