A Marriott in name only. Quality was lacking. Went to front desk in the morning after our first night to ask for certain deficiencies to be fixed (bathroom door wouldn't lock, thermostat not working, bathroom outlet not working, very slow bathroom drain). Manager Pamela didn't take any notes, or apologize, or address any of our issues. She didn't seem to care in the slightest. Breakfast was gross. Pool seemed polluted (and very cold). Ick. You should keep looking.

Staff was so friendly. After we got to our room our TV wasn't working. The lady that checked us in, I think her name was Pat, came up to look at it so quickly. It wasn't fixable and she got us a new room right across the hall. She even brought our new key card up to us. Great service. Great room!!

Receptionist was friendly and tried to be helpful. However, for over $200 a night, I expected better. No shampoo/lotion in room. No functioning ice machine on 4th floor (broken), soda machine on floor sold out. TV remote was missing. Got a replacement but it still didn’t work so we had no functioning television during our stay. Come on Marriott. You can and should do better. Your quality is slipping.

The staff super friendly, the rooms are really nice and spacious. Bar in the evening was nice but a bit pricey on the drinks. Outside area very nice. Overall great weekend.

It's about 10 minutes, on average, from the museum. I was often able to make it in less time but depends on if it's rush hour.
Depend upon your booking type. Check the cancellation policy it should be mentioned
