This property has bat infestation along with bat bugs in the units. Ask your neighbors, also question why you have a quarterly spray...its also in the lease, be sure to read the fine print.

It was great living here until the past couple months. Before I moved in last year the basement was already leaking and was told it would be fixed, and it still has yet to be fixed. Basement leaks/floods almost everyday. Now the celings are leaking and dripping and ruining my bed and mattress. I have contacted the office and they came over to look at it but nothing since. Its just a headache..The walls have holes in them now and a lot of walls are cracking all the way down. For paying $1400 a month with all these issues is not right at all. The issues need fixed immediately! Other than that I love the location and the townhouse. I just think when they redid the units they rushed and did not do the job correctly because this should not be happening after a year of living in them.

Me and my boyfriend moved here in February and we love it! Melissa and Amanda are both super friendly :) They have made so many new improvements to the property such as: sidewalks, asphalt, etc... The maintenance guy is super cool when we talk to him and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend someone here 🤍
