Worst experience ever at this restaurant!! I ordered online, arrived 20 minutes later, and was told by someone with an attitude that my food will be ready when they can get to it. I waited 15 more minutes and then got told I couldn't substitute tofu for chicken. The manager came over and said she'd take care of it. I waited longer assuming they were FINALLY making my food. Eventually someone came over and said oh we just canceled your entire order. No food made for me at all!! Livid.

They didn’t put one piece of chicken in my Thai chicken wrap. I unfortunately didn’t notice until I drove 15 minutes home. Both wraps I got were super tasty but when you pay for chicken and there is none, it’s a bit frustrating.

The food is good, but it would be nice if they more explicitly labeled all of the ingredients in their food. For a place with build your own bowls, it's actually pretty hard to control which ingredients I'm eating. For example, I found out after eating it that the chicken was marinated with dairy. Not something you expect when you're ordering a build your own bowl with grilled chicken.

This place is clean, I love the decorations,the staff is excellent. Food is fresh and delicious however I do have one small problem... During checkout I used my credit card and I put $0 for no tip but I noticed a charge for a tip for $2.27 as a precaution use cash or rewrite the programming so your not stealing from your customers.
