I have gone there twice, both with my husband and his parents when they have visited from NC. A few yrs ago we did glass fusing and yesterday we did glass blowing. Glass fusing takes some time but it's fun and the result can be really neat looking. We were all surprised at how much we were actually able to do. It was really neat and Jack was really nice to work with. The staff is all really friendly.

This is such a fun place! We went for pottery painting, and though as others have mentioned the pottery is a bit expensive, it's because it's being glazed in a kiln afterwards. If you want something cheap for kids just get some at Walmart and do it yourself, but if you want a glazed project that will stand up to time and looks beautiful then come here. We had a great time and the employees were really nice and helpful! We'll be back for more projects!

Very disappointed in this experience. Pricing is as kind of outrageous for a family activity. I would definitely recommend finding a better solution for family art nights. The clay pieces available to paint are really cheap generic pieces from china so the quality just isn’t worth the price. I understand costs are going up I’m just not sure these will ever be worth the price. The glazes they use aren’t that impressive I would say they cover the basic colors in different hues but beyond that they seemed lacking in options. They give us little tile pieces as a pallet and this just leads to problems with waste. Either the paint is brushed off the pallet or it inevitably mixes with other colors. I would recommend a cheap pallet to better the experience for customers. At the very least might save them a few bucks and be less wasteful. Really the only thing they can offer for their prices is the use of a kiln to fire the glaze. I’m not convinced that alone is worth the cost associated with the outing. I genuinely feel a family or friends group could go to a local arts and craft store or even a Joanne’s with their coupons available and find many different art projects for a fraction of the price. The customer service was very neglectful. They never checked on us and ended up with us having to request help on a few different occasions. The fact that there was two employees and neither of them felt the need to leave their desks and check on our group seemed less welcoming of us and more like we interrupting their quite time. We were the only ones there so they might have been doing something important beforehand. Now I do have a deaf daughter and so they might have been intimidated to speak with us but she loves people and would have appreciated being interacted with. She loves making friends everywhere and I’m saddened that she was overlooked. I’ll admit painting is a messy activity with children but I was surprised they had such a small sink to try and wash hands and arms, ( and let’s be real faces lol children ya know). Now they do have a sink at the end of a very narrow hallway. It is very cluttered with used tiles and brushes. Just a very cramped space for parents to help children clean up. Also unfortunately not accessible at all for people with mobility issues especially those who might need help from a wheel chair or other mobility aid. One thing that surprised me was how much they had us clean up. We cleaned up our work area as would be expected but on top of that they expect customers to take your time to hand wash all your own pallets and brushes. In retrospect having to hand wash our supplies isn’t that big of a deal it just seems like that would have been included in the studio fee you will find out about when you are done painting. Now I did expect some sort of fee for using their painting supplies but was just mildly surprised it’s not brought up until the very end. Probably the strangest things is the fact they they ask for a tip as you are paying. I don’t know if it’s just the check out software that they use but be careful when paying with debit or credit. It takes you to a tip screen automatically choosing a 20% tip option. I could have easily just hit continue and I’m sure others have and will make that mistake. Just something to watch out for when you are paying. All in all it was an ok family activity. It was just overly priced and the service was lacking. I’m not surprised there ends up being so many unclaimed art pieces people have left their instead of going back to finish. I guess the good news is if you are bored and want an activity you can come here and buy the uncompleted projects at a discount. We love our weekly art outing and we’re disappointed with this one. Fret not there are countless other options out their for us all to enjoy. Keep painting! Never Stop!

Do a kids birthday party here! Such a cool alternative to places that only offer a loud, dirty, playing atmosphere. Party of 10 kids all with own canvas and self-guided painting charts. They allowed outside food for party. They serve food and beer (from HUB), too! There's several creative art options including but not limited to: glass blowing, pottery, pottery glazing, and paint projects.

Yes, they can paint pottery, participate in canvas painting, create glass fusing art, make a wood sign or make something in a glass blowing workshop.
