I went in to look at bike locks and find a handle bar phone holder. While they had both I concluded that I should elsewhere before making a decision. Staff was helpful and hearing different people chatting about various bike issues it was clear that they knew their bikes. Equipment there was a little spendy but you have to pay a bit for expertise.

Awesome company. Took my bike in to have a new crankset and bottom bracket installed. They had the service completed quickly and at a great price. Will definitely be taking my bike back there for any future service.

Will and his staff are awesome. My bike sustained a broken derailer hanger while being shipped for the 2022 STP ride. Will guided me on how to find the part # for a Trek Emonda ALR. Turns out he had2 in stock!! If it weren't for Will, I would not be riding this weekend. Thanks!!!

I took my bike in to have a complete tune-up and the guy was really nice fairly reasonable prices it'll take about 2 weeks to get my bike fixed but that's okay the guy was very knowledgeable and he knows what he's doing so I'm happy with that. Even said he would try to get it done before the 30th of May but I just can't wait to get my bike back. Today I called to ask a simple question and I didn't care for the guys attitude all I said to him was if there is anything else that you feel needs to be done please let me know before you do it so that I can approve it because I'm on a budget and the guy got a little snippety with me and I didn't appreciate that at all and he tells me that my bike will be ready May 30th at the end of the day by 5:00 p.m. and I never even inquired about that I already knew that 😡
