Yes, they are difficult to deal with...finding parts is hard...But yes bring it in and we can check it out :-)
The XR being one of the newest generation iphones is a bit expensive but as TJ said the repair is much cheaper then buying a new phone...they are currently $200 plus tax...done in normally 30 mins or less with a lifetime hardware malfunction warranty :-)

iPhone SE is currently $45 plus tax...I'm not sure what Becki Nuzum is talking about...Charging more than the phone is worth would be a pretty stupid business model...lol. Stop in whenever you want and as long as we have the screens in stock we can have the repair done in normally 10 to 20 minutes...Screens also come with a lifetime hardware malfunction warranty :-)
OK the screen still comes.on showing menu an it will perform functions does this help determine if it's the expensive or less expensive of the two? An kindle fire an a RCA both 7in tablets won't light up would u be able to troubleshoot them so If they r worth it I can have u repair them
