The Service Dept had difficulty in diagnosing my issue. It was the first time for this problem. They had to call a GM guy. Once they figured it out, they ordered a part had it overnighted and I had it back the next day. Super. I lived too far away to get a ride home and there wasn’t a loaner available. My miles were a little passed the warranty so I had to pay over $700.

Absolutely excellent purchasing experience! Troy was an awesome salesman. He made the whole process very easy. Our sales/rep (Troy F.) was very knowledgeable & helpful. With all of the rebates & discounts, we are very satisfied with the cost. Dealership was highly recommended by my cousin & I see why. Only had it a few days but we are very satisfied with the Colorado. I had a '15 Toyota Tundra that I really liked (2nd one) but it was more truck than I needed. Needed something mid size & this fit the bill. I looked at Honda, Toyota & Ford mid-sizes but none of them could match the cost of the Colorado.
