Getting a reservation is highly recommended. This was an absolutely one of a kind unique experience, if you have not been to a restaurant like this. It is pretty price (about $100 for two) to do the full four-course meal (or you can come in for just some things al-la-carte). We went all in and it was honestly an amazing overall experience going through the courses: (1) Cheese Fondue - maybe my favorite, the Quattro Formaggio was absolutely delicious. (2) Salads - The signature Melting Pot House salad, fantastic. (3) Entrees - This course is like hot pot, as far as you cooking your own meats in a broth. They are larger chunks of meats that you cook for 2-4 minutes. This was honestly my least favorite, as it doesn't feel like the broth imparts much flavor. There are some veggies and fun sauces as well so still a fun experience but the flavor was just good, not great. We picked Coq Au Vin broth with Pacific Rim and Steak Lovers. I think the Teriyaki-Marinated Steak was my favorite (they were sadly out of the tuna for me to try). (4) Chocolate Fondue - We got Flaming Turtle, which for watching them light the liquor on fire is worth it by itself! This was a close tie for favorite with a fantastic selection of items to dip. Overall, I don't know for the price that I'd come again but I have ZERO regrets getting to try this experience at least once.

Been here with my husband about 3 or 4 times last year. We love Melting Pot. The food is always great and the people are always friendly. However, 2 star review because of my Valentine’s day review. Valentine’s day review: If you’re looking to come here for a special holiday such as valentine’s day, I would recommend you go else where. The food is almost twice the price on a regular day. We were fine with paying the higher price as it is Valentine’s day so we thought it would be worth it. We were wrong. The food portions were almost half the size! (Keep in mind the price is double!) The only “special” thing I guess was the red ravioli and lobster option. There was only two pieces ravioli, and the lobster was HORRIBLE. It was peeled off for you, which was nice, but we could not eat it as there were tiny pieces of lobster shell in the meat in every single bite. It was such a turn off to have to separate the meat from the shell in your mouth with each bite, we couldn’t even eat half of it. We usually leave Melting Pot feeling full and satisfied with our meal but last night we left feeling disappointed and honestly ripped off. Usually you get what you’ve paid for, but not in this case. We were most disappointed with the portion sizes. There was about 2 pieces of each veggie and less meat than we get on regular nights (see photos for references!) The second thing we were most disappointed with was having little tiny crumbs of lobster shell in the meat. It was almost impossible to eat it. We will come back to Melting Pot, but definitely not for Valentine’s day or any holiday specials. Would not recommend coming here unless you’re okay with paying double the price for half as much food.

This was by far my favorite valentines with my husband. The food was good, the cute heart raviolis were adorable, but the service is what made it so enjoyable. Brandon is an excellent server and he made the entire experience so fun, he even made an excellent cocktail suggestion which I LOVED. Thank you Brandon!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Food, service and hospitality is at its finest. We love having date night or dessert here. The hostesses are always willing to try and accommodate needs. We went out for Restaurant week and loved the deal. We tried the Spinach dip, as our appetizer, and it was divine! Dessert and dinner were amazing. I could go on about how much we love this place but I think it’s best if you go and try it out! Nice for family dinner, date nights and a fun experience. ❤️

There is an elevator, it is to the right, next to the main entrance but through a separate entrance.
I felt safe. Tall booths provided good protection, and everyone was wearing masks like they should.
