The rooms seemed nicer on pictures. We had a broken and very ugly sealed sink in our room. Also, we have never stayed at this hotel before and what got us was the breakfast included and what seemed like very nice looking on pictures. Bananas and packet Oatmeal is not what I'd consider breakfast when traveling with kids. Someone needs to do a better job at informing travelers of what's actually included. The only positive about this stay is probably front desk Milo. He was very nice and professional definitely doesn't deserve to be apologetic for this business.

The rooms even smell as clean as they look. I like that alot. There is breakfast and security. That's a plus. Microwave, fridge, safe and coffee, wifi and TV.

Hot tub didn't have enough pressure to even attempt to get any kind of massage and then no cold water in the shower so to take a shower you would burn your skin so then when I went down to tell them and check out I waited 15 minutes and nobody came to the desk. To begin with I put in reservations that I would pay with cash when I arrived and before I got there someone on their staff went ahead and charged the room to my card and I was early on arriving so I don't know why this was done. And now today I had to cancel my card due to a fraudulent charge coincidentally I don't know but bank is investigating. I would not recommend this place to anyone traveling yo Mansfield Ohio

Staff were very friendly and the place was clean. They also take pets. Unfortunately our room smelled of dog urine and the decor is dated so that is the reason for the 3 stars. Staff thanked me for informing them of the smell and indicated the room would be steam cleaned
