Not the worst hotel ever but definitely not the best. Was in town for a festival and didn't have many options to choose from. One of my biggest complaints is how hard it was to get a hold of someone prior to my stay. I needed to shorten my trip by 1 night which shouldn't have been a big deal, but for some reason it wouldn't allow me to do it online. I had to call almost 30 TIMES over several days before someone finally answered the phone. How does this even happen? I paid attention while we were at the hotel, there was always someone at the front desk, why weren't they answering the phone? Aside from that, the hotel wasn't fancy by any means. Bathroom was pretty gross and rooms are outdated. It was pretty loud throughout the night but every single person at the sold out hotel was attending a 3 day rock festival so that was to be expected. On the positive side; the breakfast was pretty good and the bedding seemed clean. All of the staff members I had interactions with were nice.

Was only available room at time of booking, due to several events in surrounding areas. It's 4 am and no sleep in sight, the other guests are very loud and continuous slamming doors.. the weed smell is overwhelming. The bathroom was filthy and the water temp is Luke warm at best.

Checked into the hotel the the sheets on both beds were stained or dirty I really could not decipher between the two. So I said okay I would just get clean sheets but then I went in the bathroom took a clean washcloth and ran it around the tub the tub was so dirty it didn't make no sense. we got another room the only other room available and it was a smoking room. The walls were so bad you can see the stuff from the cigarettes just running down the Walls. The bathroom had mold spots. Only good thing about it was the guy at the front desk was very pleasant

This place has went totally downhill. FiMy check in was ok the people working that day were very friendly. But failed to mention the pool area wasn't currently working. Which is one of the reason I book that location so that my family could enjoy swimming while we were there.. The room was horrid, if I'd had somewhere else to stay that night I would have. ( we had heavy ice that knocked out the power at home and close by family members) the sheets had stains the ceilings had this weird lint looking stuff hanging from it and the heating unit barely worked. Also I was on crutches at the time and as I said the city was having freezing weather that day. They had no salt out. We advised them of that and asked if they could put some out. We had to leave they still never put the salt out. We proceeded to leave and I fell due to the property not being taken care of. My fiancee had ended up using towels to, put on the ground so that he could carry me to the car without slipping. It was one of the worst, painful cold days of my life.
