Got $20 worth of crispy chicken wraps and had about a 2 minute drive home and the chicken was cold to the point of fresh out of a really cold fridge. Very sad that it never got heated up

Normal on a so called good day they might not mess up but on Alot of a good chunk of occasions they will mess it up or have stale tacos or stale natchos I personally love taco bell but this one needs to get better there food is like a 50/50 sometimes they don't do anything wrong Alot of times they do I would not recommend this taco bell if you on a road trip don't stop here stop at the one in Marion it's usually Alot better

Had an issue with the app. The Mt Gilead staff were friendly helpful and very patient. Thank you to the young girl who took my order Brittany was an angel and the mod was helpful as well
