If you are looking for a place with friendly service, affordable prices, and a decent visit, please go elsewhere because you won’t get that at this place. During the outage my family (including my dog) came to stay here. I was really thrilled about choosing this place because they were very friendly, understanding, and they let me bring my pup. However things quickly changed when they kept saying the price is changing and it kept going up. It went from $25, to $149, to $190 and finally and grand total of $340 that I paid in cash. It was recommended that we do cash so no funds where being held from my account. I quickly agreed to that, wanted to be CASH ONLY. And they said that was fine but still needed my card on file incase I didn’t bring cash or their was damages. But I was told several times my card would not be charged. After waking up, I realized my bank account had been charged an additional $190, and I ended up paying $530 dollars for the night. When I confronted the front desk about it, they refused to reimburse the additional payment and said “well I don’t have your card number so how could I charge you” asked to see my account for proof. I declined so I wouldn’t be scammed yet again by them by showing my personal bank info. I did get a receipt for the cash payment. I took that to my bank and they refunded my money for me. I also took pictures of my room as evidence we didn’t leave any damages. This place was not worth the hassle. I would much rather have dealt with my house and no power. Please don’t be a victim to this place. I promise, you will regret it.

Called to change reservation since I made for wrong date. Woman who answered the phone made it clear to me she is not able to provide any customer service. Won’t be staying here, But they still get paid for my unused room. Edit: thank you for the reply. All those words equal “buyer beware”. Mistakes = not our problem. All I know is you got paid $181 to provide a room you know no one will use, and will happy take others money because the mistake is not your problem. Smart readers out there know stealing when they hear it.

Stayed here before. The staff is accommodating. The rooms are clean. You can tell the owners take pride in their business. We were very comfortable.

I had brought it to the front desk/manager’s attention I found a bed bug. They were in such denial about it NOT being a bed bug. That it was a bug I had brought in. I’m terrified of these things. My skin is sensitive so if something is around that my body doesn’t like I always know. If I were able to upload photos & videos I would. I wasn’t getting bit before I came here. Now I have to go to the laundry mat in the morning clean my stuff and figure out how to spray my car (as I was in it) They had no interest in fixing the problem. They asked if they could search my room. I agreed, but all they really did was basically fluff my pillows and took the wrinkles out of my sheets. These bedbugs were so TINY I could barely see them (didn’t have my glasses). They’re in the lining where the carpet goes up the wall. I tried finding them in the bed had no luck at the time but that’s where I was getting bit. I’m not a bed bug searcher. As I can’t see well. Then as I was trying to get comfy my hand started itching. & guess what. It was another bed bug crawling on my pillow. I’ve read the reviews. Lots of them says bring the problem to their attention and they would fix the problem. Yeah no that didn’t happen. Wasn’t even worth trying to get a refund because they would just be in denial an blame me because of my organization isn’t the best (their blankets & towels were on the floor)
