Stay away this shipper, my trailer passed inside nothing wrong very clean. But outside the inspector told our driver to fix the damage of the trailer frame which we already fixed. Inspector gave the driver their contracted Trailer repair and when driver called and sent the pictures he called back for $1000 estimate. I’ve called and the trailer repair by my self and told the same I agued fixing little thing for a thousand I said have good day. Be aware drivers you gonna waste your time for this shipper.

Good staff attending, park where indicated but before, leave the trailer clean, they provide the assigned place and material to do it ... Good for drop and hook and go, has no facilities for the Driver (If a soda😉 machine and portable bathroom 😓) ... yes they allow you to sleep, it is not pleasant to smell outside if paper production ... and take good care that you are not overweight in the load ... It should get more than 5 stars....Pottels Transport runs the trucking logistics here. Friendly people, efficiently run, Tony, who was doing the trailer check and coordinating with the Mill on the load couldn't have been nicer. He helped me empty a stack of load locks out of my trl and after loading he helped me secure my load and put the load locks back in. The yard jockeys take the trl for loading and bring it back when it's liaded. There is going to be a major construction project coming up and I was told it is going to create a few problems but I'm sure they will handle it. Tony is a former driver so he works at making your experience here a good one. Sippee (the company) recently directly hired 400 out of 500 workers who lost their jobs when another paper Mill in the area closed down, those with 10 or more years got to keep their seniority. Sounds like a good place. I'll gladly come back here even during the construction. On a side note if it rains it gets a little muddy.
