Quality Inn Near China Lake Naval Station

I have stayed at this Quality Inn multiple times for business. Unfortunately the staff and there manager Mohammed have become lazy and unethical with their cleaning practices of this facility. Mohammed even said he’s having issues with his cleaning staff and it’s a problem. They checked me into a room that looked clean from the outside and smelled clean but soon found out that the shower was clogged, urine was all over the floor under the toilet, facial hair shavings were left in the sink and the bed was made but sheets were not changed and disgusting crumbs and BLACK CRUSTY CHUCKS were all in the bed. I was completely disgusted knowing Mohammed would allow customers to be checked into his rooms looking like this. If they are allowing things like this to happen I guarantee other things in their hotel are not being cleaned that Mohammed says are being cleaned. You have been warned spend the extra $10 and stay at a far better establishment.

Absolutely DISGUSTING 🤢. We expected stuff like water damage or stains, but what we did not expect was bugs. I woke up one morning to a bug crawling around in my sheets. When I brought this up with the manager they didn't offer to refund us, replace the mattress, or even clean the sheets, just a "well we can put you in another room" like I want to take a chance on another room having bugs in them. Needless to say we decided not to stay our last night (they of course did not refund us this night either) and they basically told us not to let the door hit us on the way out. Be careful everyone and DONT prepay in case you end up in the same scenario as us.

Helpful staff, decent breakfast, very clean and nice rooms. Would have stayed longer for my husbands job here, but the rate for a week was pretty high compared to all the hotels around here that are the same quality and cleanliness. Other than that the stay was great.

I was able to sleep well at this hotel. There is no maid service. The batteries in the room safe were dead so it would not work. The hot and cold water was switched in the bathroom sink. The parking lot is really small with lots of big work trucks and it had no available spaces other than handicapped and premier loyalty member spaces in the late evening.
