Told to pull into parking lot, waited 10 minutes and they forgot our food so we had to go back inside and ask. Got the food and got home to find that two large fries were missing.

Fairly average which is still great in my book especially nowadays when places struggle just to keep the bottom bar intact

Jack in the Box really needs to work on time management or getting more staff, I work night shift and I get only a 30 min lunch break, it takes me almost 10 min to drive there, and it's ridiculous that everytime I go there I'm waiting 20 min in line for food. Or even longer when there's other customers in front of me and they're also waiting the same amount of time and by the time I get served my break is pretty much and I have to speed to get back to work.

The service team that works here is great but it's pretty expensive for fast food these days. J in beezy used to be one of the cheaper price wise and now it's on Carl's Jr levels.
