I am usually happy to have my service done here. I brought a coupon for an oil change which included a vacuum out of my car and I did some additional maintenance as well. The paperwork shows the car was vacuumed out, but it wasn't. I was also told it would take "30 to 40 minutes" for the additional service, and waited for more than 2 hours in total (over an hour went by in the additional service time) Car is running great, don't know what took so long that they couldn't get the vacuum job done, also makes me wonder if they skipped on anything else?
