The lovely man who helped me called another location to check their stock on the filter and sent me on my way. I really appreciated how kind and professional everyone was, would absolutely go here again!

I went in for an oil change and when they were finished, my car would not start. The employees did everything to help me. The pooled together and jump started my car, gave me great advice and sent me on my merry way! One star because of the lack of communication. A few weeks ago I came in for an oil change and to have my spare tire taken off from underneath my car and put on my vehicle... they took the spare tire off and put it in my trunk. Almost sent me on my way but I reminded them I needed an oil change... paid 120 for that and now two weeks later I'm realizing that they never put on my spare tire and I've been driving around with the same tire that has a nail in it! I could have gotten in a serious accident if I hadn't noticed that sooner. I called back to get some help but left with them saying that I only asked for air in my tires and its not part of their policy to put tires on. Seriously disappointed.
