Cigarette and weed smell at all times. A very distinct wood springs strange smelling air deodorizer that doesn’t really do anything except add to the low class ambience. Lousy front desk. Like the front desk people seemed to have amnesia. I love dogs but people would bring their dogs (in once incident a giant Doberman) into the laundry room and common areas often without a leash. Thin walls from which one can hear loud usually rap music played by the neighbors. Poor water pressure.

Would highly recommended this place. It was clean, everything was new inside, the staff was friendly and helpful, The Laundry Room was clean and cheap (2,25$) and it was not that noisy like you would suggest in such a Accommodation. Would book again for sure. Only bad thing was that it was a 20min footwalk to the next subway.

This was the absolute worst hotel I've ever tried to stay in. The room selected for my stay was deplorable and filthy. It was so awful. The smell made me nauseous. This was no suite and was nothing as advertised. I had to pay for my stay in advance and once I saw my room, I immediately went back to the front and asked for a refund. I was told that that request would have to wait for a manager. I'm completely over the whole ordeal. If zero stars was a possibility, that's what I'd give 😡 Sincerely, Ms. Frustrated

I recently had a team stay at WoodSprings, DC Arena (3 rooms, 4 people) and unfortunately, due to the room conditions, facility management, and travel, our team had to depart early. We had requested a refund for the remaining nights and was told that this hotel does not provide that ability. With the complaint of cockroaches crawling on them in bed, out of coffee pots and microwaves, and such, we have decided to never return to this hotel. I understand that not all of your hotels have these standards but when our company has team members traveling 90% of the year we try to take care of them so they are not subject to those conditions. I am truly disappointed in this facility and I cannot subject my teams to those conditions.
