The staff was awesome. The guy at the front desk (Dave I think) was so super helpful. He even came over&gave us a few tips. I'll definitely be back w/the fam.

They cut our game off the last frame when my 8yr old was bowling because they were closing. Mind you we paid for our game 38 minutes before they're last game time. They told us we could play another game if there was time. Even though we only wanted to purchase 1 game, why say that if you knew how you would handle the situation when it came to closing. They tried to argue with us while lying saying they told us about the time, which was false. I had to quickly remind them that I was the one who inquired about the time. They had nothing to say after that and cut our game back on. The incompetence SMH. I hope they weren't the top and there is someone above them who is actually capable.

Came here for a birthday party (adult). This is not a bar, I would definitely pregame before you come. Pretty standard bowling alley. The food was quick fried things. Overall clean and staff was mindful of any extra requests we may have had.
