Year after year this company goes downhill as far as how they treat their customers. Even some of the employees feel the same way. They cant wait to get out of there because they are just a number now too. Gene Walters ( the original owner) would be very disappointed in what his company has become.

Must be liberal owned as even though the truth is out (always has been) about the plandemic and two years into it Gensco has just recently started pushing the mask mandate. After 16 years of patronizing this business I’m moving onto work with a more sensible company that supports individuality.

Customer service is NOT there thing. Don’t say hello, don’t really even acknowledge your presence in the office. I’ve never come across a staff that doesn’t greet people. It’s comical actually. Warehouse crew are great. Also their system of doing things/picking up parts is by far the stupidest thing.

My husband works here, and he loves it. They have significant benefits for full-time employees. They always give him a special gift on Veterans day. Companies that treat their employees well are worth more, in my opinion. When employees are treated adequately and feel valued, they are more productive and are willing to go above and beyond. Not only would I recommend applying for a job but also using them for any of your heating or cooling needs.
