My first time picking up prescription here and will be my last, they charged me 2Xs what other pharmacy charged?!! They are just out to rob clients for sure if you don't do your research. I see your comment below, however when I was in to pick up my prescription I asked to speak to someone/supervisor the cashier stated they were not available. I left without any information or follow up with someone.

Great place to get compounded prescriptions and supplements! I didn't understand the "prepayment" aspect when getting prescriptions until they explained it to me- its basically their insurance policy to make sure the RX gets picked up. It makes sense! Great staff and knowledgeable pharmacists.

I’ve been extremely frustrated the last few times I’ve come in to refill on my vitamins. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years now & always had a wonderful experience at first. Rosalie is the one who recommended which vitamins that I should take that best fits myself & my lifestyle. She also recommended which prenatal I should switch to right before I became pregnant with my daughter 2 &1/2 years ago. But recently, for about the last 6 months now, I’ve been requesting if I could make an appointment with Rosalie or any pharmacist really to get advice on vitamins & prenatals because I am pregnant again & some of the ingredients in what I was currently taking have changed. Every time I am turned down. I am told every single time I try to make an appointment that no one will be available for months. So I ask if I can make an appointment for the soonest availability, but I’m also turned down to that request. The girl at the front told me that she could give me non-doctor advice, but I can get advice like that from anyone. This has been very frustrating & very unhelpful. It would be nice if they had a pharmacist that has availability to make appointments.

I had a great experience with a pharmacist named Greg. He provided a consultation with my wife and I which took over an hour. And he didn't charge us! He gave us a wealth of information on many questions. Customer service is great as well. Everyone is very friendly. I gotta rate this 5 stars!

Questions & Answers

Do you take champ Va insurance

Good Morning Beth, unfortunately we do not bill insurance directly. We can give patients a universal compounding claim form with the required information on it so the patient can submit that to their insurance. We make no guarantees regarding whether or not an insurance will reimburse a patient in part, or in whole for compounded prescriptions.

Can White Willow be used in conjunction with Ibuprofen or Motrin?

I am not a doctor, but I have some knowledge of willow bark. It contains salicin, which is a natural NSAID. I would ask my doctor before combining the two.
