The room is decent. It was very clean. The hair dryer didn't work so I'm glad I brought my own. It has a microwave and small refrigerator which I really liked. I would stay here again.

Positive: Nothing. We and all my family and friends and there family and friends will never stay at this hotel. I made reservations well in advance at this "pet friendly" hotel and when I went to check in after an exhausting long travel, not accomodated because of. Negative: Better service, better everything. To not be accommodated because the hotel was "remodeling the pet friendly" rooms after a reservation was made well in advance is unacceptable. We had to pay 3X the amount for another hotel. Not acceptable. Not happy.

We originally reserved a room at the Best Western but noticed a huge homeless encampment behind the hotel. Never being in Bend before and not knowing the area too well, we decided to find another hotel. With luck, we found Sugarloaf online. The staff was amazing. Sarah at the front desk was awesome! We got an amazing room. Towels were fluffy, breakfast was yummy and the room was clean and comfortable. They definitely made our trip through Bend much more enjoyable.

Friendly staff. Small breakfast in the morning. I recommend to people to check their pricing before going inside to book as they have a walk in fee which is three times more expensive than if you did it via Snap travel, Priceline etc online. Cute rooms, like the decor and the display of the mountain lion is both scary and beautiful. Very quiet area.
