Went through drive thew 7-9-22 5 minutes before closing they didn’t acknowledge me. Pulled forward to first window. Was ignored. Pulled to last window Was ignored. So unprofessional. Won’t be going there anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't go inside. Drive through didn't move for 13 minutes at all so I ordered in the app for curbside... said 5 min wait, waited over 30 minutes for 1 breakfast sandwich and nothing else. The waste of time was not worth it. If i knew I would have chosen to stop at the next town over. Nothing wrong with being busy or short staffed, I get it, but at least let people know, like a sign at a doctors office ... this McDonald's is running an hour behind ... 😑

McDonald's has really gone down hill. This time I bought a couple chicken sandwiches, and a spicy chicken sandwich, upon opening it the contents were disappointing as there was maybe a few strands of lettuce and everything was dry and looked like there was an emergency trying to get the chicken patty on the bun. Maybe a little quality control would be nice.

I have to say the truth, not only because I believe that it is in the best interest of the Customer as well as a Franchise as diverse and extensive as the Golden Arches are- My last visit to this Mc D's was a bit of a disappointment because my French fries were, although warm enough to last til the last one, they were soggy and seemed to be permeated with oil. I do ask for "Fresh" fries because maybe it's just me but I do not like soggy fries that drip! This is UnCharacteristic of this store and I count on you people to sustain me throughout my days to doctors 100 miles away and then back home. Please find a way to fix this!?
