I went to get acrylic nails done and instead since they scheduled our appointments right before closing they put on like it was Fred Meyer type nails glue on nails and they hurt like a b**** when they get almost broken

I just got done and waiting for my nails to dry. I got a spa pedicure, which comes with massage chairs. They have 6 pedicure packages to choose from depending on how much pampering you want. Each of them come with a choice of a free drink. I called first about availability and was able to get in right away. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful as well as service dog friendly. I am definitely coming back for more. Thank you!

First time going to this salon and I wish I could say better things. The ladies are very nice and sweet but the actually service needs work. I’ve never paid so much for both pedicure and manicure but I paid $102 on Saturday for gel pedicure and dip manicure. I went back today and I wont lie, my nails look better but the top coat on my thumb is already peeling off. They use the UV light for their top coat over dip. I wasn’t satisfied with my pedicure either but I just didn’t want to spend more time there. The process they do is very different from others I’ve been to and their equipment isn’t the cleanest. Even the brush they use to dust off your hands had some glitter on it that later stuck to my white dip paint. My nails were shorter than asked and even crooked. I left thinking I would get over it but no, that’s $120.. I went back today to show them and they didn’t seem to recognize what was wrong with them. They removed the cuticles since they weren’t removed the first time. And they only fixed 3 nails. Even though there was no one else there, they were rushing the process. Again, they look better but still see the glitter in some nails and the top coat peeling. Nice people but I wouldn’t go back. - In my pics, the yellow arrows are first visit and blue arrows are the second visit to get fixed -

This nail salon is one of the best I've gone to. Their professionalism and kindness is unmatched! My MIL came into town and we occasionally like getting our nails done together. I took her here and she said it was the best nail experience she's ever had. The techs are so kind and friendly, and they really love engaging with you as they do your nails. This time specifically, both my MIL and I were getting mani pedis, but in my mani I wanted acrylics. They went out of their way to begin my manicure during my pedi with extra care to ensure we both ended our visit at the same time. And my nails look amazing! Can't wait to go back.
