Was charged $1200.00 for a month. Place was filthy, told them if one became available downstairs I would like to be down there because of my disability. So I was in a room for a month with a man in the room next to me clearly with mental issues throwing things at the walls, hitting the walls, stomping in his room, screaming profanity inside and outside. It would be all hours day and night. Police showed up twice while I was there and it didn't stop this man for a minute. So my month there was unrestful, scared of what this person might do next, needed cleaned and disinfected, keys never worked in the door because it was broken and had to have my husband or myself stay there to lock the door from the inside and be there to let them in when they returned. Got 5 keys it was broken!! Was the worse Motel I have ever stayed in, in my 67 years! Discussed in Roseburg New name Quality Value Inn. Gross,was told couldn't get money back take them to small claims court. Had to stay had no money to go some where else.

The room was nice and clean. Shower did not work and as we left the police was at a stand off with someone upstairs. When we told the person at the office the shower didn't work he just shrugged his shoulders and smiled. So we will not be staying again. Most Rodeway hotels are this way.

It doesn't deserve one star! Bedbugs ate my daughter alive. When we showed the owner/manager her bites and the bed bugs on the mattress he showed us another room. My daughter turned back the covers and showed him even more bedbugs and casings from their sheds in that room too! He yelled, "what do you want me to do? I can give you new sheets." He is the owner and has no intention of bringing in a professional to exterminate them. While we were waiting another customer came in and complained of bed bugs and cockroaches in his room too. Worst motel ever! Don't stay here!

This place was the worst. It was disgustingly filthy. From stains on the sheets to fecal matter on the toilet seat. The owner promised me a$20 refund if I didn't post a review but he never followed through. We arrived late at night after an all day drive and were unaware of what we had gotten into but too tired to look for another hotel. We booked through Bookings online and their computer had crashed so they didn't know we were coming. at least the staff tried to find us the least dirty room. We paid $130 for what in other places was a clean room with a fridge. It was a revolting experience. The owner was unapologetic. Be warned.
