Do NOT stay at this facility. They have not complied with my respective resopnse for recompensing my stay.I prefer not to post negative reviews. They have declined my request for refund for major inconvenience and not made it a priority to find a solution. Totally unprofessional, misleading staff. I spoke with the manager about issues and they say that i never called about/mentioned them. See photos and video of the details. The river view is great! However, the facility needs maintenance in many areas. Good stay but be aware of the lack of simple maintenance. Internet wifi still down for over 36 hours when I need to use my laptop for business. Their priorities are in the wrong order as they know I need a reliable Internet connection as I'm self employed. I have very important business to attend to π‘ Find a better place if you want what they promise to provide! Lawsuit coming in π₯

This establishment uses misleading imagery and information to promote its presence online. We missed the hotel several times bc the front of the hotel looks nothing like the photos online. Itβs right off a very busy intersection. The pool is located on the corner of the intersection with a fence around it. How relaxing? The sound of motor vehicles passing by. The room has virtually on closet and the sheets werenβt clean. Donβt be fooled by the pretty photography bc once you get to the Riverside Inn you WILL BE ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED. To sum it up this place is trash!!! Check out my own REAL photos of this dump. Ohβ¦..you have to order food the night before, grab it and then eat it in your room. There is no common areas at this place to enjoy your meal. IT IS SO BAD. Go spend your money elsewhere!

Mixed Bag... In summary, I would say that I would stay here again if I were travelling for business, or as a quick overnight. Not as an extended stay with family. I'll start with things that were good. The rooms are newly renovated and quite clean. The staff was super helpful, welcoming, and friendly, and when we decided NOT to stay the second night, they refunded the remainder of our stay no problem. The inn is a bit tired looking on the exterior, but I know they are in the process of refurbishing everything and good things take time. It's hard to describe the bad things, because very few were in the inn's control, but nevertheless contributed to us cutting our stay short. The green space between the inn and the river was one of the main things that drew us to stay here. Unfortunately there were some loiterers and houseless individuals camped out and we didn't feel comfortable hanging out back there. I also hope that a balcony update is part of the future renovations, since the partitions between the rooms hardly allowed for any privacy. The final straw (again, outside of their control) was our neighbor choosing to smoke weed from his balcony - despite the clear mention of it being a non-smoking hotel. Our room was instantly overwhelmed and we didn't feel comfortable extending our stay.

The River Front Inn is an older motel. The parking lot is okay. It seems like the pictures that they have posted online are of the nicer motel next door to them.. It is probably an okay place to stay if everything else is booked up.
