Great swimming hole picnicking and camping. Our family's go to for closeeasy access to the little Deschutes where there's floating kayaking and place to bring the kids or husband to cool off in the summer fun fun had by all the Johnson family.

Historical and beautiful. Very well kept. The camp host is both helpful and friendly. No sewer, but some spots (which are quite large) have power and some power and water, some have none. It's small and quiet.

Staying 2 nights. Traveling from NC 2 OR coast. Host is a sweet Lady & can't beat the price. It's secluded no power no water but I'm self-contained just right 4 me and my puppies. Stopped at upper Deschutes little Deschutes is now

Yes you can swim. They pushed out an area you can ask down to. It is the Little Deschutes River. You can float it, swim it, fish it, crawfish it and even Sunbath. We love to cross over to the little island and explore. Remember the rivers are NOT private property so you can swim them anywhere. Have FUN.
Hi Curt, You can reach the camp host directly at 541-350-4189. Her name is Janet and she will be able to tell you what spaces are available. Thanks!
Yes, we have some sites with hook-ups. We don't have monthly pricing, however. You can stay there for a maximum of 14 days at a time. Prices are currently $15, $20 and $25 for dry, power and power and water, respectively.
