Worst McDonald's ever! It was Dinner time they weren't even the slightest busy. Ordered for my family and kids. Line went quick But because everything was thrown together poorly. My large fry barely had a small fry in all the fries I ordered. I was so mad to notice this halfway home. Paid good honest Is my hard working money for them to rip me off. I will never trust that place again.

Horrible wait times for a fast food place and way too many employees standing around doing absolutely nothing job related. It was raining outside, so the floor inside doubled as a ice rink. I almost fell multiple times. Obviously no caution signs, or God forbid, an employee with a mop. Since nobody was manning the registers, I tried to order my food at the "contactless" credit card kiosk up front. FAIL. They wouldn't accept credit cards, and told me to take printed order to the register. I waited 20 minutes behind two non-English speaking patrons that couldn't read English, nor identify pictures of the food displayed on the huge, beautiful high-def color screens. An employee eventually showed up and picture by picture, assembled their dream dinner in what seemed like "Matrix style" slow motion. When they finished ordering, I step up, and the employee walks away. Another employee walks up a minute later, I hand her the printout, pay, and still had to wait 10 more minutes for the order to be prepared that was already supposed to be in the system. Why have kiosks if they don't do anything? 12 employees standing around the fryer, getting paid $15+ an hour to wait for a machine to beep, then ignore it and continue standing around talking, texting, or staring at the wall. If this was my company, I'd have fired every employee that was present. Sadly, this is the new work "ethic". I urge you to not eat here. You can find faster made and better tasting food, with great service at your local sit-down restaurants.

Staff generally speaking are wonderful. Listening to the manager talk to her staff not so much 🤬 Manners of a bully goat puts you off of the place to be honest. Lead by example buttercup please and thank you go a long long way.

I’m always bringing my daughter to this one she loves
