My husband bought an IPhone 13…nothing but problems with it and AT&T. I purchased an iPhone 13 as well but I’m with Verizon. He is kicking himself for staying with AT&T. He’ll be paying off phone and switching to Verizon. Beware people…do not sign up with AT&T! Bad bad customer service!!!!

My family was in a hurry to get home and I was nervous about a wait when I saw a few people in there. I was greeted immediately by the most genuine and down to earth staff I can remember in quite some time. They were prompt, helpful, and engaged with me as a real human. They connected with me as a parent and we talked about kids and COVID. It was really pleasant. Please thank this staff team. They are great at their jobs.
