6.5 years and 100+ mis-deliveries. When my neighbors and I get home we just walk the neighborhood delivering stuff that was meant for someone else. They hold packages that weigh 8 lbs because it's, "oversized" so you have to go to the post office and wait in line. I hate it so much. I've never had such a problem with a post office in my life.

Terrible service! I'm so tired of them saying they tried to deliver something but were not able to because my driveway or front door were not accessible! That is a flat out lie! If you can't do your job, then quit and find something else you can fail at! UPDATE: 1.19.2022 - Well, it happened again today. Expected a delivery, got the same notification "Driveway or front door not accessible. Again, a lie! At least this time they say I can pick it up at the post office!

Avoid this place like the plague. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in any other government or private place of business. The Covid-19 mandates and recommendations are meaningless here. I had a 15 minute appointment for passport renewal. I arrived 10 minutes before hand as instructed. I waited outside the tiny closed inner office for almost an hour while an entire group was packed inside processing theirs...maybe 5 or 6?. Regular customers were waiting outside in line for almost an hour....would have been much longer but I left in disgust. I even tried calling to see what was happening.....they wouldn't even answer the phone. At the very least someone should have come out to explain to those in line the reason for the delay. No one did!

This is a great post office with very friendly staff WHEN they're open. They close for an hour during the middle of the day for lunch. They don't have a single person to help at one of the busiest parts of the day and it's super annoying. If you can get around that then the rest of this Post Office is actually quite good.
