Went to the store to ship some care package to my son overseas. Store manager (Indian guy) was very nice and knowledgeable. He was very patient and explained to me different options to ship. The whole transaction was very smooth and appreciated his efforts during these crazy times.

They DON"T open on time. About 2-3 times a week I stopped by this UPS Store in the morning to drop off packages right around 8AM. Half of the time the store is still not open pass 8AM. If the girl opens the store she's always on time, sometimes early too. But when the other guy (Indian guy, I assume it's the owner) opens it depends on his mood I guess, he's always late, sometimes a few minutes, sometimes 15 minutes. Today 10/6/2021, I got here at 8AM, waited for 15 minutes in the car, left at 8:15AM, the store was still closed by the time I left. This is unacceptable especially for a processional business. Stick to your business hours, otherwise might as well change from "8AM-6PM" to "Whenever Owner Feels like it - 6PM". The only star is for the girl who opens on time.

I went to this store first time. When I told the person at store I am pregnant and cannot lift my heavy box out of car. He came out of store to pick the box. He was very polite and friendly. I am bringing all my business to this store.

I have never had such a rude customer service associate in my life! The second I walked up to the counter Chelsea asked a question, I answered, and she said something which was muffled behind the mask and large plexiglass so I answered again and she said "I heard you, is this shipping out or a drop off". I was very taken aback by her attitude and demeanor. From there she asked me what the normal questions and seemed annoyed the whole time. Then she asked me what was in the package and I sad miscellaneous stuff and she just gave me a death stare.. she asked "Ok what kind of miscellaneous stuff?". I told her I didnt want to answer as they never ask me at the other 2 UPS stores I normally go to. She said she had to know so I told her fine a PS5. Not a reseller but I had a second unit my friend wanted for her husband. I did not want to say what was in the box as I fear it might be stolen by someone during transit from UPS, and I ship from UPS a lot and have never been questioned so hard. At that point I just shook my head and looked down at the pin pad which made me audibly chuckle. The reason I saw her name was because the CC pad said "Your friendly Customer Associate Today is Chelsea" which she for sure noticed. She then told me that shipping would be over $100 and I told her no just do ground. I didn't ask for next day air, she just tried to upsell it. Then she told me around $50 and even though the estimate for the exact box and weight online showed $19... I asked her why so much and she told me the insurance. I told her no insurance and she questioned me 3x saying that stuff goes missing when you don't have the insurance. I swear it felt like I Was being threatened. I couldn't believe the audacity of this woman. I've had better experiences at the DMV than I did in this 5 minutes. Eventually it went down to ~$32 which was still more than expected but I wanted to get the hell out of there before she called the cops on me for no reason. She for sure had future Karen vibes. After I paid She monotonously said "Have a good day" and I just said "Thanks, I hope yours gets better" and left very upset. I have no idea who $hit in this woman's Wheaties but she was the most unpleasant and rude person I have dealt with. Did I look like an ex of hers? I still don't get it but I wont be going back to this UPS.
