A fair amount of dead and dying fish and corals. Not sure why it's so hard for aquarium stores to keep the livestock they sell healthy and relatively comfortable until they're sold. It's kiiiind of their one job. Too busy chatting it up with other aquarium bros to do tank maintenance or pull dead fish from tanks I guess. I wouldn't recommend this place. After being roundly ignored for a while while employee bro 1 chatted with aquarium bro 2 and 3, I just left. Cuttlefish and Corals is head and shoulders above this place.

Been liking this place more and more. I've only been there 3 times so far, but been happy everytime. I live near Cuttlefish, so this is a bit of a drive for me. I would suggest getting their email updates on livestock. I've gotten a couple hard to find fish that way. The frags I've bought have been healthy and given me many frags in return. My daughter likes grabbing a free soda too 😂

Best reef store in Portland. Been shopping with Pat for like 8+ years at least . I enjoy checking out new fish stores I have been to almost all of them around Portland . But this is my LFS.

I seem to end up here just about every Saturday. Great selection, honest people and most importantly.... free donuts and drinks! ;) Many of my fish and corals have come from here.
