Slow and unimpressive staff. Very poorly stocked, they charged me for my order then had to substitute every item with something less good, then had the audacity to charge me 2.60 for a couple waters because their substitute drink was not good

The baristas were so nice I almost hate leaving this review! However for 8 dollars in 1 coffee, I feel called to give honest feedback. I ordered a vanilla foam nitro brew that came in the small cup with zero ice and no body to the foam. It was room temperature. I enjoy iced cold brews, if I had the time I would have asked for a cup of ice. The line behind me was growing and the barista was hustling other orders so I cut my loss on a 12 ounce room temp flat foam nitro for 8 dollars. Definitely a bummer for my Saturday coffee outing... I will return, but definitely going to ask the sweet baristas for extra ice before I complete my order. No one likes Luke warm cold brews.

When your cashier literally admits they are too lazy to take cash, not because of covid-19, not because there is a policy, but states "there are people in line, I can't count your money" despite being exact change. This Starbucks is in a major Las Vegas Casino, if you can't count money your in the wrong city. If the pumpkin cream cheese muffin wasn't extremely good the customer service would have earned a 1 star...
