This Starbucks has lazy, rude, incompetent employees period. It is a drive-thru only location. I ordered 1 Venti Coffee Frappuccino double shot with Java chips. Had to repeat the order 3 times, either the person who, also failed to say the Starbucks speech, welcome/ name/what can we get started for you today, was NOT paying attention, messing around, or just didn't care about me the costumer. When I raised my voice on the 4th repeat I was told that if I was going to yell my order then I could just leave. So I asked how many times do I have to repeat my order (1drink), I was told to drive right on thru and not allowed to purchase anything. Starbucks customer service is lacking on so many levels. DO NOT GO TO THIS OR ANY STARBUCKS!! Now, so after this transpired, I decided to call Starbucks corporate customer service. Well let me tell you, that was just as bad as what took place at the store level. When I explained to the lady, who told me her name, but refused to give me an identifying #, so how do I know with whom I'm actually speaking with if I needed that info later. Anyway all she said was I'll give you $25 on your account, (that is NOT what the call was about I want looking for freebies) I wanted to speak with someone in charge, manager, district, regional at this point all she would say was "i'll give you $25" when I asked again to speak with someone in charge she stated that's me, and if I didn't like it she would just close my account. Again STARBUCKS customer service is ridiculous at the corporate level as well as store level. Be treated like a human being, not just a # or $$, go to Dunkin, or Dutch Brothers or any other coffee establishment.

I asked for two Caramel Ribbon crunches with extra caramel, but they failed to exceed my expectations. They did a terrible job at blending the drink so I can't even drink my coffee without a mouth full of ice. Terrible service if you ask me, and I even tipped you guys $3 for an $11 order.

29 mins for coffee...another day 15 mins to get coffee...I understand the point of being polite but when it takes 30 seconds before someone can say their order, a cumulative effect happens and u have 15 cars waiting to get coffee....how about some efficiency instead if f politeness...millennials...at 11 in the morning...what rush is there at 11 am that cripples this whole parking lot
