Complex is older but I think it's one of the best complex around. The food at the convenience stand is top notch. The fields are probably the better maintain that I've seen.

I think this park is awesome but I am very concerned with the amount of people living in the bushes. It is no place to be after dark.

Impossible to go for a walk without being verbally assaulted or just being generally disgusted by the level of fifth and graffiti. They use the walking path as a driveway to get to their waterfront property courtesy of the City of Salem

Of course u can just bring a poo bag
Unfortunately new laws have been passed for the homeless to camp wherever they want pretty much. My wife and I take my 3 yr old son here all the time. Last time we went there was 2 homeless people screaming and threatening eachother. I recommend bringing self defense items such as pepper spray, tazer or a firearm. Can never be to safe with everything going on today.
